New Opening in 2009 for Belfast

The Fitzwilliam Hotel brand is expanding into Belfast in 2009 with the addition of the new 30 million Fitzwilliam Belfast which will create up to 100 jobs. Scheduled to open in March 2009, the 131 bedroom 5 star property is owned by local businesswoman June Burgess and will be managed by Hotel Partners under the Fitzwilliam Brand.

Vincent O Gorman has been appointed as General Manager of this exciting new venture and brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the role. Previously, Vincent was Deputy General Manager with The Fitzwilliam Hotel on Stephens Green and then successfully opened Park Plaza Tyrrelstown in the capacity of General Manager, another property managed by Hotel Partners.
