Food Festival

Taste of Dublin, Dublin's first outdoor gourmet food and drink festival will take place at Dublin Castle from the 22 to 25 June 2006. This unique four day event will showcase Dublin's most prestigious restaurants and top chefs serving a stunning selection of sample sized signature dishes. The line up of participating restaurants in Taste of Dublin 2006 include Bang Café, The Cellar Restaurant at The Merrion, Chapter One, Diep Le Shaker, Jaipur, King Sitric, La Stampa, L'Ecrivain, Peploes, Roly's Bistro, Silk Road Café, Town Bar & Grill, Unicorn, Yo'Thai/Chai-Yo. The Chef Demonstration Theatre offers you the chance to see a number of high profile celebrity chefs in action, delivering delicious demonstrations, entertaining tutorials and enlightening Q & A sessions.
